Production slitting on carbon, stainless, electrical, tin plate, aluminum and titanium steels.
UNISERV slits carbon steel in a wide range of types, including hot rolled, hot rolled pickled and oiled, cold rolled, and galvanized.
For stainless steel slitting, we process materials including hot rolled, hot rolled annealed and pickled, and cold rolled.
UNISERV runs four slitting lines that can handle gauges from .008" through .500".
UNISERV provides reverse surface capabilities on the uncoiler and recoil to provide customers with best-side-up material.
Quality control practices assure defect-free orders.
Two packaging lines are provided for slit coils up to 16" widths for paper wrapping or shrink wrapping your material.
Orders will carry an alphanumeric, bar-coded shipping tag.
Orders are shipped JIT to their final destinations via our truck fleet & commercial carriers using both flat and van trucks; UNISERV also offers rail service.
