UNISERV has four operational slitting lines with exceptional gauge range capabilities from .010 inch up to .50 inch. Two packaging lines complete finished product production, and prepare materials for transport. All equipment receives proper maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient daily operation.

Material Handling:

Overhead cranes with “C hook and Irving capabilities” provide material movement throughout
the plant:

• Six (6) @ 30 ton
• One (1) @ 27 ton
• Two (2) @ 25 ton
• One (1) @ 15 ton

In addition, we have two high-lifts for outside unloading of up to 60,000 lbs. incoming material,
and forklifts with up to 13,600 lbs. capability for skidded material movement.
